Garden harvest!
Not from my garden, but a garden harvest none the less. From this bounty I made a roasted butternut squash soup, 2 batches of eggplant parmigiana (just like Nana Rose used to make), and a roasted tomato pesto. Like I said previously- something has gotten into me. I can’t stop cooking.
I texted Tock and asked him to pick up some ingredients to make a homemade pastry dough and he responded, “who is this and what have you done with my wife?”
