This used to bother me a lot. Now it only bothers me when I’m cranky. All 3 of them will do this when they watch tv, because sitting on the couch normally is just not fun. I’ll admit I haven’t actually tried to do this, so I don’t really understand the appeal. I do know that when all 3 of them are doing this at the same time, there will be a fight within 11 seconds of the third one flipping upside down alongside their siblings. Someone will inevitably kick someone else, or someone’s hand will touch a strand of somebody’s hair.
On this particular day, Lila had the couch to herself and when I asked her what she was doing (because the tv was off), she simply replied, “just hanging out.”
