WHYC sailing awards ceremony. Just another sign that summer is coming to a close (and we won’t be able to hang with Sam in his crazy cool zip up one piece bathing suit anymore).
Paige Long won the Sportsmanship Award for her Opti II class. Of course she wasn’t there to receive it because she was at a hockey tournament but you should have seen the looks on her siblings and cousins faces when her name was called. If she had been there, our crew would have lifted her up on their shoulders, chanting her name.
