Summer is….
Sipping some L&P cocktails with L & P.
My sister in law, Lindsay (the L) and my brother, Paul (the P) invented an awesome cocktail a few summers ago, which fellow New Silver Beachers coined “the L&P”. Since this is my 200th blog post (!!!!!), let’s virtually cheers to that with the L&P recipe! You’re welcome.
The L&P
Crop Organic Cucumber Vodka
Plain Seltzer
XXX Vitamin Water
Ice
Fill rocks glass with ice (or a tumbler– it’s your call)
pour in one shot of Crop vodka
pour seltzer in (be sure to leave a little room at the top)
splash some vitamin water on top
stir
Enjoy.
