Taco Saturday. The very first time Tock made me the MacInnes taco, I poured a giant glob of yellow Tostido cheese on top of it. I’m pretty sure he almost broke up with me. I’ve since learned my lesson. You do not mess with the MacInnes taco system. If we’ve ever made tacos for you, well, you know we like you. If you’ve ever tried to top your taco with any sort of processed ingredient, well, you can be sure you won’t be invited back on Tock-O night.
