Nobody writes letters anymore.
Is it because it takes time to actually sit down and write to someone? Or is it because maybe we’ve forgotten how to hold a pen, or form letters if they’re not typed?
I buy cards whenever I see one that I like and I’ll stash it away in the bottom drawer of my desk. Occasionally I’ll pull the accumulated stack of cards out and write to someone. It feels so good.
Today I wrote a bunch of cards out to some friends that I don’t get to see or talk to very often. I smiled when I put them in the mailbox and raised the red flag up. I know they’ll smile when they open their mailbox and see a letter from ME! It’s a win-win situation.
Do it, you guys. Write letters.
